A note to readers during the COVID-19 pandemic

This is a revealing time when uncertainty, and powerful global disruptions are affecting each of us, personally.

What do I see in my own life? I see that a regular practice of mindfulness and self-care is not just a trend, but an absolute necessity for me to function in this unfolding reality and come through to the other side. Indigenous teachings show us that when we look closely into the effects of COVID-19, we see the truth of our profound interconnectedness with other humans as well as with animals and plants. Your health, well-being, safety and freedom from harm is also mine. We inter-are with each other.
